By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any of our services, you confirm that you:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Gut Healing Academy provides digital educational content, protocols, and community support related to digestive health and wellness. Our services include:
- Interactive health assessment quizzes
- Personalized gut health protocols and educational materials
- Digital courses and downloadable resources
- Community forums and group support
- Access to partnered health practitioners for optional consultations
3. Membership and Pricing
Subscription Options
- Monthly Membership: $147 per month (billed monthly)
- 6-Month Membership: $597 (billed as single payment, equivalent to $99.50/month)
7-Day Free Trial
New members receive a 7-day free trial. During your trial, you may cancel at any time without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment plan will automatically begin.
Activation Offer
During your 7-day trial, you may be offered an activation rate of $87/month. This promotional rate, if accepted, applies to your membership going forward.
Billing
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month
- 6-month subscriptions are billed as a single payment upfront
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of your paid period
Refund Policy
- 7-Day Trial: Cancel during your trial for no charge
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months; cancel before your next billing date
- 6-Month Subscriptions: Refund requests within the first 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for 6-month plans.

5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute our content or your account access
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in our community
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or download our content
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Community Guidelines
Our member community is a supportive space. By participating, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and kindness
- Share your own experiences without giving medical advice to others
- Keep discussions constructive and on-topic
- Respect the privacy of other members
- Report any concerning content to our moderation team
We reserve the right to remove content or members who violate these guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Gut Healing Academy—including protocols, educational materials, videos, graphics, and community content created by us—is owned by Gut Healing Academy or our licensors. You may:
- Access and use materials for your personal, non-commercial use
- Download materials for offline personal use where permitted
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
- Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our materials
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
9. Third-Party Services and Practitioners
Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, community platforms, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Partnered Practitioners
We facilitate connections with independent health practitioners. These practitioners are not employees of Gut Healing Academy. Any consultations are between you and the practitioner directly. We do not guarantee outcomes from practitioner consultations and are not liable for their advice or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill
- We are not liable for any interruption or errors in our services
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Our services will meet your specific requirements
- Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- Results from using our services will be accurate or reliable
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gut Healing Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to our platform
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Binding arbitration or court proceedings in the Republic of Lithuania
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
14. Changes to Terms
